Sipcom is proud to announce a new partnership with Colorado-based SouthLight Services, a telecommunications innovator helping organizations transition from legacy infrastructure to modern digital systems.
This collaboration brings together Sipcom’s global unified communications expertise and SouthLight’s deep specialization in legacy voice modernization, offering customers a seamless path to transformation.
SouthLight Services delivers managed voice solutions that support critical systems such as fire alarms, elevators, and emergency communications. Their DIGI-POTS platform is designed to bridge the gap between traditional analog lines and modern SIP-based infrastructure, helping businesses reduce operational costs while maintaining service continuity.
“Our partnership with SouthLight Services enables us to extend our reach and offer our advanced communication solutions to a broader audience. Clients will benefit from the combined expertise and innovative solutions that both companies bring to the table, ensuring a superior customer experience.” Oli Compton, Senior Vice President of Sales, Sipcom.
The partnership marks the beginning of a formal collaboration between the two companies, though the relationship is built on a foundation of mutual respect and prior experience. Tina Telson, CEO of SouthLight Services, previously worked with Sipcom during her tenure at Lumen and was impressed by the company’s flexibility and commitment to service. “Sipcom stands out in their flexibility and support in the industry,” she said.
Customers will benefit from Sipcom’s extensive voice network and UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) experience, which enables SouthLight to bring robust solutions to market quickly. The partnership also addresses a growing demand for flexibility in unified communications, allowing SouthLight to tailor solutions to a wide range of customer requirements.
A key component of the collaboration is Sipcom’s HALO platform, which SouthLight selected as the foundation for its legacy voice replacement offering. The platform enables competitive pricing while maintaining service quality and scalability.
The partnership is already delivering value. Sipcom and SouthLight are currently deploying a large-scale project for one of the largest school districts in Colorado, covering 184 sites and more than 300 lines. According to Telson, “Sipcom has stepped up” to support the rollout.
Commenting on the partnership, Oli Compton added “Partnering with SouthLight Services is a strategic move that aligns with our mission to provide top-tier unified communications solutions. SouthLight Services’ commitment to excellence and innovation makes them an ideal partner, and we are excited about the opportunities this collaboration will bring to our customers.”
Here at Sipcom, we continue to redefine unified communications through our HALO platform – a secure, vendor-agnostic solution that simplifies voice estate management and enables agile service deployment.
By partnering with us, you gain access to a flexible, scalable platform that supports your digital transformation goals – and those of your clients.
