As one of the founding members of the Sipcom team, Oli brings over 21 years of commercial and sales leadership experience. He drives revenue growth within the business, ensuring our continued success and expansion.

With over 20 years of experience in delivering technology solutions, transformation, and optimisation across various sectors, Rob is a seasoned technology leader. He leads our technology and engineering teams in building and enhancing the Sipcom HALO platform, ensuring we deliver robust and innovative products and services on a global scale.

Kristy brings extensive experience from diverse industries including Defence, Transportation, and Manufacturing. Now specializing in Service Provision within the Unified Communications (UC) sector, she leverages her expertise in managing complex global technology projects for high-profile clients. Kristy leads our Delivery Teams with a commitment to integrating exceptional skills and specialist knowledge into every engagement, fostering an agile environment that delivers transformative change to our customers.
