Sipcom launches Global Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams

Sipcom has today announced the expansion of its Direct Routing service for Microsoft Teams. This expansion means multi-national companies can now deploy Microsoft Phone System with Teams and the Sipcom HALO™ Platform in over 120 countries. This capability enables clients to benefit from greater ROI on their Office 365 investments. Global Direct Routing is the latest addition to Sipcom’s Cloud Transformation Services portfolio and helps Sipcom clients realise the full potential of Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is designed to enable workforces to make and receive phone calls over the public switched telephone network (PSTN) without the need for on-premise infrastructure or on-staff expertise.
