Sipcom continues to significantly invest in its infrastructure with a significant upgrade to its Cisco BroadWorks platform.

Cisco BroadWorks is an enterprise-grade calling and collaboration platform delivering unmatched performance, security and scale. The application software enables Sipcom to deploy an extensive portfolio of business communications and collaboration services from a common network platform, over any type of network architecture. “We own and operate our own BroadWorks platform which is located across multiple continents.

It forms an integral part of the Sipcom HALO™ offering. We recently upgraded the entire Platform, successfully migrating all our customers without incident” comments James Davidson, Chief Operating Officer, Sipcom. The new version of BroadWorks provides improved stability, security and a number of new features. “Broadsoft is a partner because of its strategic focus on business telephony, unified communications and collaboration.

Now part of Cisco, it understands all sectors and verticals in the market, and is committed to continuous innovation which is always of benefit to our customer base,” comments James Davidson. “We continually invest in the Sipcom HALO™ platform, expanding its capabilities and adding in features. We’re focused on simplifying the way organisations communicate and collaborate and BroadWorks helps us to do that.”
